In 2005, WCS came together with five other MGAs to create BridgeForce Financial Group – “connecting brokers nationally, so they can be stronger locally.”

WCS Financial Services Inc. was formed through a consolidation of Joseph B Woodyatt Insurance Agencies Ltd. in Toronto and Cinaber Financial Inc. in London. Since 1975, satisfaction to the brokerage community forms the cornerstone on which our agencies are built. Since WCS was formed, our industry has gone through many mergers and acquisitions.
At WCS, we have experienced people on staff who are familiar with many companies and products that have since disappeared. We feel that it is extremely important that we can trace and service your blocks of business from years gone by.
The five offices of WCS Financial Services are located in South Western Ontario in London, Stratford, Guelph, Markham, Calgary and Toronto. This geographic spread nurtures face-to-face interaction with our brokers and allows us constant focus on their immediate needs. Whether hosting seminars in our boardroom or getting assistance with delivering applications and policies, brokers can depend on our support.
